Four bedroom house situated within two minutes walk of the town centre and the beaches.
One double bedroom, two twins and one bunk bed room.
Decent sized lounge with TV, DVD, Video and music centre.
Gas central heating for winter. Gas fire also situated in lounge for those not so warm summer evenings!
Kitchen fully fitted and includes washing machine and microwave.
Sunny rear patio area with seating and BBQ and washing line, very handy for drying out wetsuits, swimming togs ect.. Parking usually available on road side.
Bed linen provided.Please bring your own towels.
SMOKING NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE however you are free to use the ashbin provided in the rear patio area.

HOUSE RULES

Families very welcome but please bring your own travel cot for infants.
One small well behaved dog allowed in kitchen area and rear patio only.
Singles groups permitted but please respect the property and your immediate neighbours.
Bookings in high season Saturday to Saturday. Long weekends by arrrangement.
Please ask for availability midweek during low season.

One week inclusive of all services and cleaning ranges from: £450 to £1,200 depending on season.
